What is an MCPLC?MCPLC is the Master Certificate in Performance and Learning Competencies.

How do I earn a Master Certificate?To receive either Master Certificate you must complete four certificate courses from the respective course list. The MCPLC requires you to complete Assessing Performance Needs + Evaluation, Designing Learning Experiences, Facilitating Learning, and Partnering with Clients.

Do I have to sign up for every course at once?No, you don't need to sign up all at once. You can sign up for each course individually as it suits your schedule and budget. Once you complete the required courses, you'll receive your MCPLC.

Do I get a certificate for each course I take?Yes! Each you'll receive a certificate for each course you complete. Then you'll also receive a MCPLC or MCDL when you complete the required courses.

What is your cancellation policy?If your notice of cancellation is given at least 14 calendar days from course start date, you have the choice of applying the fee to another course/date or receive a full refund (minus $50 administrative processing fees). If less than 14 calendar days, the funds can be applied to another course.

Where are courses held?We currently offer course online and exploring the return to in person courses in downtown Toronto. We're working on expanding to other cities in the near future. If you're interested in hosting courses in your city, please contact us.

I have a large group, do you offer onsite courses?"Yes! If you're interested in onsite or custom courses, please contact our program director to discuss details and pricing.

Are all courses available online?Not all courses are available through online delivery. We're working re-designing all of our courses for online delivery but aren't there yet.
